Weekly lets start on a Saturday but short breaks, when available, can start on any day of the week and are charged at the following rates (of the weekly rate):
3 nights - 75%
4 nights - 80%
5
nights - 85%
One well behaved dog is welcome at a rate of £12.50 per week and £8 for less than a week
Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
Bed linen and towels included.
Arrival time is after 3 pm on the day your holiday commences and departure is before 10 am.
A deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to secure a booking with the balance due 28 days prior to the start date. In the event of cancellation after that date, the balance will only be refunded if the apartment is re-let.
Please note the twin beds in Lynbridge are 2' 6" wide.
