Prices shown are per apartment per week £ sterling.

Weekly lets start on a Saturday but short breaks, when available, can start on any day of the week and are charged at the following rates (of the weekly rate):

3 nights	75%
4 nights	80%
5 nights	85%

Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at a cost of £15 per pet per week or short break.

Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair available at no extra cost.

Arrival time is after 2 pm on the day your holiday commences (if you intend to arrive after 5.30pm please telephone to arrange key collection) and departure is by 10 am.

A deposit of 20% (non refundable) is required to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date. In the event of cancellation after that date, the balance will only be refunded if the apartment is re-let.

Card payments can be made by telephone or cheques payable to Lyn House Holiday Apartments.
